Monthly Bookmark Subscription

Subscriptions are shipped on the 15th of each month.

Please note that if you sign up for the subscription on or after the 15th of any month, your first subscription will be received the following month.

ie. if you subscribe on October 16th, your first subscription package will be shipped on November 15th.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note that Fiction & Fables is not responsible for any additional fees that may occur when shipping items overseas.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. If you are located in Australia, and select the untracked shipping option (only available for small products), the delivery timeframe can be up to 3 weeks. Untracked packages are sent as letters via AusPost. Please note, if you select the untracked shipping option, Fiction & Fables is not responsible for any missing packages.

Tracked items will be sent via Australia Post Parcel Post. You will receive a tracking number when your items are dispatched.
